HOUSE RENT KG collects minimal information necessary to provide the real estate marketplace service via the Telegram Mini App platform.
Account Information: We collect your Telegram User ID, display name, username, and profile photo provided by the Telegram WebApp API. No separate registration or password is required.
Listing Information: When you post an advertisement, we store the property title, description, price, location details (city, address, coordinates), photos, and any contact phone numbers you voluntarily provide.
Financial & Activity Data: We maintain a record of your account balance (in KGS), transaction history for boosts/plans, favorite listings, and view counts. We also process referral links to manage our bonus program.
Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:
• Publishing and displaying your listings to other users.
• Enabling communication between landlords and potential tenants.
• Managing your account balance, premium plans, and listing boosts.
• Analyzing aggregated usage data to improve app performance.
• Processing reports from other users to ensure platform safety and compliance.
All data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure, with servers located in the EU region. This ensures compliance with modern data protection standards.
Data is encrypted both in transit (using TLS) and at rest. Access to the database is strictly controlled through Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring users can only access their own private data.
Listing media files are stored in Supabase Storage buckets and are automatically deleted when the associated listing or account is permanently removed.
The app operates within the Telegram ecosystem and is subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy. All authentication is handled by Telegram. Financial top-ups are processed via Telegram Stars (XTR) in accordance with Telegram's Terms of Service.
We use Supabase as our cloud infrastructure provider. We do not integrate external analytics trackers (like Google Analytics) or ad networks that profile your behavior outside of this application.
You have the right to access, export, or delete your data at any time. If you delete a listing, it is hidden from the public immediately and permanently purged from our storage within 30 days.
